Shoreham Paper Mill, Kent in 1928 – Peter Bower

Shoreham Mill was first recorded in Doomsday Book, and converted to paper manufacturing in 1690. It was a picturesque site and was recorded by a number of artists and photographers before its demolition in 1936. This well-illustrated article gives a short history of the mill.
