The Paper Foundation at Burneside in Cumbria has acquired a large number of hand papermaking moulds. The Dominion of Canada moulds were designed to produce the four-dollar bill for the Dominion of Canada that was issued on May 1st 1882. The 1882 $4 was the only Canadian government banknote ever printed on a watermarked paper.
