| Normally all orders are sent within 3 working days via Royal Mail First Class Post for the UK and via Airmail to Europe and the rest of the world.
At the time of ordering please fill in full delivery address and, if necessary, instructions for your delivery.
On arrival of your delivery please check for damaged and/or missing items.
If any goods are missing or damaged please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We cannot accept responsibility for the loss of goods after posting, however, proof of posting is obtained for all items and we will assist as much as possible in resolving the issue.
If you are not satisfied with your order please contact us to confirm you will be returning goods to us within 7 days from the date of delivery to receive a full refund on return of the goods subject to them being undamaged.
Carriage and packing charges cannot be refunded and if goods are returned, you must arrange and pay for the return and repacking of these goods yourself.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
